Tasting Notes:
Colour Bright straw green.
Bouquet Ripe citrus and tropical fruits underpinned by a
degree of minerality and a hint of basil.
Palate Fresh, concentrated and full bodied showing
excellent balance between fruit and acidity.
Food Match White meats, pale cheeses and seafood - especially
scallops and oysters.
Cellaring Ideally enjoyed as a young wine but may be cellared
for several years.
