HARVEST
We picked the Sauvignon in two stages in the last week of September.
FINISHING
Carefully finished in stainless steel tanks with fermenting temperature controlled. Racking took place at the end of December and the wine was bottled in the middle of January.

Seafood. Excellent with starters but also good as an aperitif to get your guests in the mood.
