Opis

From grapevines with weak and therefore low-production grafting stocks, and planted with an almost double density compared to the conventional vineyards, comes this wine with body, and an exuberant flavour and bouquet. The raspberry aroma lingers even when mingled with the tannins of the barrels in which the wine was refined for a few months. Ideal wine with red meats and sharp ewe’s-milk cheeses, demands decantation and served at room temperature.
