Nasze wina

The wine has a deep purple color and fruity, spicy aromas, combines with a touch of oak.
On the palate, the wine is rich, medium to full-bodied, well balanced with a medium to long finish.

Production process
The grapes arrived at the winery in the morning after the mechanical harvest. The Shiraz grapes were separated from the stems and after a gentle crushing, the must with the skins and the pits were transferred to stainless steel tank to start the alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 280C for Seven days.
Upon completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the free wine is transferred into a storage tank and the wine-absorbed skins are gently pressed into the same tank for primary malolactic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation process within the storage tank stabilizes and softens the wine.
The wine is kept in French oak for 5 months.
