Nasze wina

Eye -
A ruby coloured wine of good intensity with youthful violet reflections and a more tender gradation, with a mauve, complexion, upon evolution. The colour is shimmering and richly brocaded. The velvety reflections give brightness to the wine. The wine presents a good concentration of the matter through its visual aspect.

Nose -
With regards to the nose, the finesse of the wine impressed us, with primary aromas and aromas from the breeding already playing in the core of the complexity. We found in it notes of toast, coffee, fine leather, peonies, blackcurrants, damsons and raspberries. With a little airing arrived more spicy notes of Espelette pepper, pepper and bitter liquorice.

Palate -
With regards to the palate, we found, with pleasure, all of the fruity notes that were present in the nose, only more mature. The attack is creamy, velvety and carries its smoothness with a very good longevity. The apparent tenderness of the wine rests, nevertheless, on a sappy and spicy structure. The tannins, still young, bring character to the wine at the end. The ensemble is well balanced and confirms the thoroughbred side of this great wine.
