Tutejszy enolog Fabian Valenzuela ma 20-letnie doświadczenie i przecierał winne szlaki w Burgundii i Hiszpanii. Najlepiej robią tutaj malbeca i krytycy są co do tego zgodni.
Zresztą nie tylko malbec wychodzi tutaj świetnie. Biały torrontes jest równie urodziwy. Świeży i pachnący, dla amatorów lekkości.

The Fincas Patagónicas Vineyards Include: 90 has (198 acres) in Agrelo, along the wine route that connects several renowned mendocinas wineries. The new Farm Winery is located here. 452 has (994.4 acres) in the high Uco Valley near Tupungato at the base of the Andes. The Farm is located 1.340 meters high. (4395 ft) in height, being one of the highest vineyards in Mendoza and the origin of several of our reserves. 30 has (66 acres) in La Arboleda, Tupungato nearly 1100 meters high.
